Some things come full circle.
Long before Cielo was a business, it was a place. It was a neighborhood in El Paso, Texas called Cielo Vista — where two childhood friends, David and Alex, grew up.
They were raised in a place where people knew each other, looked out for one another, and understood the value of working hard for what you had. Those early years shaped more than a friendship. They shaped the way they saw the world — with loyalty, humility, perseverance, and a belief that when you give someone your word, you stand behind it.
Life eventually took them in different directions. Careers, families, responsibilities, and years passed. But the friendship remained. And somewhere along the way, an idea began to take shape: what if they built something together?
Today, after decades of life, work, and friendship, David and Alex have come full circle — building a business together with the same values they grew up with. They named it Cielo as a reminder of where it all began.
From Cielo Vista to wherever you're building.
Cielo was built on a simple belief: take care of people, do the job right, and always be someone others can count on.
Whether we're supporting a construction site, preparing for a major festival, helping keep an operation running, or responding when circumstances change, our goal is the same — make things easier for the people counting on us.
